Gelatin (capsule shell); rose hip (Rosa canina) fruit powder; valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract; nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf powder; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); riboflavin (vitamin B2); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); vitamin B12.
Directions for Use
Take 1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening), preferably on an empty stomach, about 15 minutes before meals. Swallow the capsule with water or another non-carbonated drink.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in a dry place away from direct light. Use within 12 months after opening the package.
