How to order?

Cash on delivery: You pay when you receive your order. We do not accept online or advance payments.

On this page we explain in detail how ordering works in the Herbavena online store. You do not need to register or fill in long questionnaires: it is enough to choose a product and leave your phone number, and all the remaining details are discussed with the operator.


1. Choosing a product

  • Go to the product catalog and choose the product that suits you.
  • On each product page you will find a description, composition and basic information on how to use the product.
  • When you have made your choice, fill in the form at the top of the page.

2. Filling in the order form

On the selected product page:

  • In the Your Name field, enter how we should address you.
  • In the Phone Number field, enter an active number where we can reach you.
  • Tick the checkbox: I agree that you may contact me in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Click the CONFIRM ORDER button.

3. Operator call and order confirmation

After you submit the form:

  • Your request is sent to our system, and the operator calls you back on the number you provided.
  • During the call, the operator:
    • confirms the selected product and quantity;
    • clarifies the most convenient delivery method and the approximate delivery time;
    • answers your questions about the product and delivery terms.

The order is considered finally placed only after it has been confirmed by phone.

If you need to clarify anything about an order request you have already submitted, simply tell the operator during the call.


4. Delivery and payment

  • After the order is confirmed, the parcel is handed over to a courier or postal service operating in your country.
  • Delivery time and cost depend on the region, the characteristics of the shipment and how busy the delivery services are. You will receive approximate information during the operator’s call and/or from delivery service notifications, if they are available.
  • Payment is made when you receive the parcel. We do not accept online prepayment on the website and do not charge your bank card before the order is delivered.

5. Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register on the website to place an order?
No. To send a request, it is enough to enter your name and phone number in the form on the product page.

Do I need to enter my delivery address right away?
No. You discuss the address and the most convenient delivery method with the operator by phone after submitting the form.

How can I check if there is delivery to my country?
You can see the list of countries where delivery is available for a specific product in the drop-down list of countries in the Phone Number field on the product page. If your country is not shown in the list, delivery to your country for this product is not available.

What should I do if the operator could not reach me?
The operator will make several attempts to call you. Please make sure that the phone number was entered correctly and that your phone is available for incoming calls. If necessary, you can submit the form again on the product page.
