Delivery terms
- We ship orders via courier and/or postal services, depending on what is available in your country.
- We currently ship orders only to the countries that can be selected in the order form on the product page. Delivery availability and shipping costs depend on the destination country and the characteristics of the parcel.
- Once your order has been confirmed by our operator, we usually prepare it and hand it over for shipment the same day or the next business day. In most cases, delivery within the country takes approximately 1–5 business days, depending on the region and the local courier or postal service.
The delivery time is approximate and may sometimes be extended due to the need to restock our warehouse, a high workload of the courier or postal service, local holidays, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. The estimated delivery date is usually communicated during the confirmation call and, where available, also by email, SMS and/or through notifications from the courier or postal service.
In most cases, orders are shipped from warehouses located in the same country as the delivery address (or within the same customs area). Therefore, additional customs duties or import taxes related to cross-border shipment usually do not apply. However, the final decision on whether such duties apply always remains with the customs authorities in your country.
The price may vary. The current price and any applicable discount are shown on the product page at the time of placing the order.
The list of countries to which we can ship a specific product is available in the country selector in the Phone field of the order form. Click the flag to open the drop-down menu and see the countries where delivery for this product is currently available. If your country is not shown in the list, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
At the moment, we do not ship to the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.
All orders placed on our website are paid for upon delivery (cash or bank card, depending on what is available in your country). We do not accept online prepayment by bank card or other methods before shipment.

How can I check if there is delivery to my country?
