Ingredients
Mistletoe herb (Viscum album), birch leaf (Betula pendula), yarrow herb (Achillea millefolium), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), hawthorn flower and leaf (Crataegus monogyna).
Directions for Use
Pour 1 teaspoon of tea with 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Let it steep for a few minutes, then strain. Drink 3 times a day after meals without adding sugar.

Once opened, store in a cool, dry, dark place for no longer than 1 year.
